We Are All In for Sustainable Manufacturing

ATEJA stands for Anugerah Tuhan Terus Jaya (Indonesian for the eternal Grace of God), which guides our corporate philosophy—all that we do aims to glorify God and benefit humanity. Which is why we are all in to heal Mother Earth since the 1990s when we initiated our green movements.

We have planted 100,000 trees around our community, greatly reduced all dyebath processes to conserve water, installed natural gas boilers to reduce energy use, and became PROPER-BIRU-certified for proper management of wastewater, air pollution, and toxic/hazardous material.

Our ATEJA WaT3R program focuses on Wastewater TREATMENT and to REDUCE, RECLAIM, and REUSE water in our factories and offices. This program has mitigated our environmental footprint significantly by saving 420,000 kg of waste and more than 410 million liters of water annually—that is the amount of water that we avoid from draining the Earth, which can be potentially used to supply enough daily water to 1.3 million homes instead.

We are also focused on using more recycled raw materials in our products, with some using up to 40% recycled materials to produce. Our fabrics are OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100-certified, deeming them safe for health and environment. And our Global Recycled Standard certification means we stringently track and verify recycled raw materials through our whole supply chain.
