The professional marketing team of Ateja has been aggressively expanding the global networks by direct marketing service to customers and participating annually in the prestigious worldwide exhibitions such as MOOD in Belgium, Heimtextil, Interzum, Spoga, Orgatec in Germany, ISPA in USA, Evteks in Turkey, Index in UAE, CIFF in China, Intertextile Shanghai Home Textile and IFFS in Singapore.
To stand out in the competitive edge, Ateja puts an extensive investment in the design and color development. Each year a wide selection of designs and colors are produced in our Design Center, creatively designed by our in-house and international designers to meet specific trends for specific markets.
Technical development is also conducted to provide various textures, higher performance and a better hand to the fabrics.
Each new article has to go through the physical properties test before being launched to the market. With all the advance technology in our laboratories and insightful designers, Ateja is highly competence to assemble the full spectrum of creative fabric designs.
INTEGRATED PROCESS RESEARCH DEVELOPMENT
Our capability to transform complicated designs with various textures into quality fabrics is supported by a vertical integration process from the production of the yarn, up to the finished products.
To craft high-quality fabrics, we also need to invest in high-quality machineries. We carefully install only the world best machines such as Dornier, Van de Wiele, and Karl Mayer for maximum results. Furthermore, we deploy a quality control in every stage of production process to assure high standard of quality is delivered.

Cafe Ateja
As one of the facilities provided by the management to its workers is corporate lunch comprising of foods that are cooked onsite at the factory to ensure good health and provide a balanced nutritional value.
In addition to corporate lunch facilities, Ateja also has Café Ateja that provides a variety of food and drinks that can be ordered and enjoyed by both Ateja workers and visiting guests.
In a comfortable and spacious place, Café Ateja can also be a place for calm and relaxed meetings with guests.
Ateja Music & Karaoke Room
Everyone certainly has their own hobbies and perhaps hidden talents such as music to name one.
To accommodate these musical hobbies and talents, Ateja has a music room with complete musical instruments such as the electric guitar, bass, drums and others within a soundproof room. With these facilities, even playing loud music like rock will not disturb the surrounding environment.
Ateja Gym
Health is the most important thing in life. As the saying Mens Sana in Corpore Sano goes, in a healthy body there is a strong soul. Ateja thus makes health a top priority at work, in accordance with the motto Work Life Balance
As a manifestation of this motto, Ateja provides facilities in the form of a Gymnastic room outfitted with fitness equipment ranging from static bicycles, treadmills, weights and others that can be used free of charge by all Ateja employees. Interestingly, this facility can still be used after hours for workers who want to practice after work.
Ateja Billiard Room
Both the mind and concentration are required whilst working in order to produce the best results for the common good. To achieve this, refreshing moments such as being able to indulge in recreation is required
One of the recreational facilities provided by Ateja for its workers is a billiards room with national standard playing equipment. By playing with friends and competing in it, your mind and concentration can be honed.
The billiard room is one of the facilities that can be enjoyed by all Ateja workers, even during after work hours.
Ateja Table Tennis Room
We realize that our sports facilities such as Gymnastics, Badminton Sports Arena, and Futsal Sports Arena may not be suitable for all our staff members especially those who are aged 40 years and over, where one’s body can sustain injury easily when doing strenuous physical activities.
In order to accommodate all age groups, Ateja has Table Tennis Sports facilities as well that would be well suited for everyone.
Ateja Mini Park
After spending an entire day looking at the computer screen while working, being able to view nature with its various green plants can help relieve eye fatigue and clear one’s mind to get ready for work once again.
At Ateja, we abide by government regulations and provide a threshold of green open space with additional facilities in the form of a mini park which is habituated by various animals such as deer, peacocks and others. We legally rent all these animals to provide a different atmosphere where our workers can enjoy the beauty of the natural surroundings.
Ateja Multi Function Room
With approximately 2,000 employees, we realize that the facilities we have may not be sufficient to accommodate everyone at the same time. Therefore, we provide multi-purpose rooms that can be utilized by anyone at any time.
Some of the routine usages of these rooms are Friday prayer services for Muslims; a place of worship for Christians, especially for Christmas celebrations; 4 badminton courts with carpets on par to those found in sports arenas; futsal sports arena with portable goals, and more.
